Position - Senior Public Relations Manager Job Summary: The Senior PR Manager will lead and execute public relations initiatives to build and enhance the company\'s brand reputation. This role is responsible for developing and implementing communication strategies, managing relationships with media outlets and stakeholders, and overseeing the day-to-day activities of the PR team. Location: Mumbai/ Pune Key Responsibilities: \xef\x82\xb7 Develop and implement public relations strategies that align with the company\'s overall marketing and business objectives \xef\x82\xb7 Identify opportunities for media coverage and develop compelling stories that generate positive brand awareness \xef\x82\xb7 Build and maintain relationships with key media outlets and stakeholders, including journalists and influencers \xef\x82\xb7 Manage the creation of press releases, media pitches, and other communications materials \xef\x82\xb7 Monitor and analyze media coverage and industry trends to identify opportunities and potential issues \xef\x82\xb7 Work closely with cross-functional teams, including PR, influencer marketing, and styling to ensure consistent messaging and brand positioning \xef\x82\xb7 Manage and mentor the PR team, including overseeing their day-to-day activities, setting goals, and providing feedback and guidance \xef\x82\xb7 Develop and manage the PR budget, including tracking expenses and ensuring that initiatives are within budget \xef\x82\xb7 Measure the effectiveness of PR initiatives and provide regular reports to management \xef\x82\xb7 Comprehensive client servicing involves conducting regular catch-up calls to maintain alignment on strategy and execution plans, addressing crises on a case-by-case basis, and effectively managing client expectations to deliver service that aligns with their brand Qualifications: \xef\x82\xb7 Bachelor\'s degree in public relations, communications, marketing, or a related field \xef\x82\xb7 Minimum of 7 to 8 years of experience in public relations or a related field, with at least 2 years in a leadership role \xef\x82\xb7 Strong media relations skills and a deep understanding of the media landscape \xef\x82\xb7 Excellent written and verbal communication skills \xef\x82\xb7 Strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously \xef\x82\xb7 Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines \xef\x82\xb7 Experience managing a team and mentoring junior staff \xef\x82\xb7 Proven track record of developing and implementing successful PR initiatives \xef\x82\xb7 Knowledge of social media and digital marketing trends and best practices \xef\x82\xb7 Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment Job Type: Full-time Salary: \xe2\x82\xb950,000.00 - \xe2\x82\xb970,000.00 per month Schedule:
