Key Responsibilities

A. Strategic Planning & Leadership

Design and implement the

Annual Marketing Plan

aligned with business goals, brand vision, and revenue targets.

Develop

monthly marketing calendars

outlining campaigns, events, promotions, and digital activities, and present for review and approval in advance.

Track and analyse marketing performance to continuously improve ROI and campaign effectiveness.

B. Marketing & Promotions

Develop and execute

integrated marketing campaigns

that include:

o Social media campaigns (Instagram, Facebook, Google, etc.)

o In-house and outdoor events

o Collaborations, partnerships, and co-branded activities

o Outdoor activations such as pop-up carts and festival participation

Oversee

menu design and placement

, ensuring alignment with marketing objectives and visual appeal.

Collaborate with In-house agencies and vendors to conceptualize promotional materials and digital content.

Ideate and execute

special product sales

such as festive hampers, gift boxes, and packed products via counter displays and online channels.

C. Event Conceptualization & Management

Plan and manage

monthly Soirees

, ensuring effective table sales, reservation targets, and guest engagement.

Curate

in-house events

including Kids' Workshops, Parents' Meets, Book Readings, Stand Ups, Live Music and Pop-Up Exhibitions to increase weekday and weekend footfall.

Ensure

every Sunday

has an engaging and well-promoted event or activity to drive traffic and build community connection.

Explore and finalize

event partnerships

that bring incremental visibility and business.

D. Guest Relations & On-Ground Sales

Maintain a strong

on-floor presence

during service hours to interact with guests, understand preferences, and build relationships.

Identify and convert opportunities for

repeat visits

private events

,

catering

, and

special occasion bookings

(birthdays, anniversaries, corporate gatherings).

Lead efforts to enhance the

guest experience

through personalized attention and feedback management.

E. Digital Marketing & PR

Manage

social media platforms

actively with a mix of tactical (daily engagement) and strategic (campaign-based) content.

Coordinate with the agency team for design and content creation.

Build and maintain a

positive online reputation

by increasing reviews and ratings on platforms such as Google, Zomato, and TripAdvisor.

Identify

PR opportunities

for media coverage, influencer tie-ups, and participation in restaurant awards and culinary features.

F. Reporting & Performance

Prepare monthly performance reports capturing sales growth, campaign impact, event ROI, and guest feedback insights.

Ensure alignment between

marketing efforts

and

business outcomes

Drive team accountability, coordination, and creativity across all marketing and guest experience functions.
