About the Role:

We are looking for a dynamic and creative

PR Executive

with 0-2 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in

social media management

,

event coordination

, and

public relations activities

. You will play a key role in managing the company's brand presence, organizing cultural and promotional events, and maintaining effective communication with both internal and external stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and grow the company's

social media presence

across platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, X, etc.). Create engaging posts, coordinate content calendars, and ensure brand consistency in all communications. Assist in

planning, organizing, and executing cultural, promotional, and corporate events

. Draft and distribute press releases, announcements, and media communications. Support the development of marketing and PR campaigns to enhance brand visibility. Build and maintain relationships with media houses, influencers, and partners. Assist in preparing reports, media coverage summaries, and campaign performance analytics. Collaborate with internal teams (HR, Marketing, and Management) for communication and branding initiatives. Stay updated with industry trends and suggest innovative ideas to improve PR and brand outreach.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in

Mass Communication, Public Relations, Marketing, or related field

. 0-2 years of experience in

PR, communications, or social media management

. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Creative thinker with attention to detail and good organizational skills. Familiarity with

social media tools

(Meta Business Suite, Canva, Buffer, etc.). Experience in

event planning or coordination

will be an added advantage.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
