Develop and maintain a
positive public image
of the school.
Draft and distribute press releases, newsletters, and media content.
Ensure consistent branding and messaging across all platforms.
Build relationships with
local media, education journalists, and influencers

2. Media & Public Relations
Coordinate with print, digital, and electronic media for coverage of
events, admissions, and achievements
.
Handle
press meets
, interviews, and feature articles for brand visibility.
Monitor media coverage and prepare media reports for management review.
3. Event Management
Plan and organize
school events, open houses, parent orientations, and community activities
.
Coordinate logistics, invitations, and post-event publicity.
Capture and share event highlights through photos, videos, and press releases.
4. Social Media & Digital Presence
Collaborate with the digital marketing team to manage
school social media accounts
.
Create engaging content about school activities, achievements, and admission highlights.
Monitor online reputation and respond to public feedback professionally.
5. Community & Stakeholder Engagement
Develop relationships with
local communities, educational institutions, and organizations
.
Support CSR initiatives and outreach programs to enhance goodwill.
Coordinate with alumni for community involvement and brand strengthening.
6. Internal Communication
Ensure smooth communication between management, staff, and students for PR-related initiatives.
Prepare internal newsletters or updates to keep all stakeholders informed.
7. Reporting & Analysis
Maintain a database of media contacts and coverage reports.
Prepare
monthly PR performance reports
(event summary, reach, impact, feedback).
Analyze response and engagement levels to improve future campaigns.
8. Admission Support
Collaborate with the
admission and marketing team
to enhance visibility during the admission season.
Promote admission announcements through local media, hoardings, and press notes.
Collect and report on feedback from parents and the community.
