Position \xe2\x80\x93 Jr. PR Executive Requirement: Junior Executive - candidate should come with 1 to 2 years of experience of having serviced brands in the consumer lifestyle segment; fashion, beauty, lifestyle, F&B. Location: Mumbai About Company Mint + Milk is a brand relations agency that represents PR and Influencer Marketing duties of many notable brands and organizations. To that end, we are seeking enthusiastic candidates that have prior industry experience to join our team. This is for an immediate opening; the job description is stated below Key Responsibilities

• Media relations - Liaise with lifestyle editors and journalists via consistent press outreach to explore large-format stories and brand placements
• Influencer relations - Identify and connect with key influencers and brands to seek potential collaboration opportunities for clients
• Client servicing - Build and maintain an effective client-agency relationship. Conduct client meetings whilst ideating on strategy and execution plans
• Research orientation - develop industry know-how and stay up-to-date with trends across various all client verticals

Basic skills and requirements

• Candidate must be residing in Mumbai/ Pune or willing to relocate to the city
• Candidates with a minimum of 1 year of work experience in a PR agency
• Should know the basics of content writing, drafting press releases, press notes, listing notes, and possess great relations with the media and influencers
• Candidates should have excellent communication skills and know email etiquette
• Multi-tasking and problem-solving skills
• Understanding of the overall fashion and lifestyle landscape in India
