About the Role

Media Guardians is hiring

PR Executives and PR Managers specializing in Real Estate Communications & Media Relations

to lead high-impact PR campaigns, corporate communications, and brand positioning.

We are looking for ambitious PR professionals with experience in

PR agencies or working directly with real estate developers

. Preference will be given to candidates who have collaborated with

developers' marketing and sales teams

.

PR Executive:

1-2 years of relevant PR/communications experience

PR Manager:

5-8 years of strategic PR and leadership experience
This role offers the opportunity to work on premium real estate projects, elevate developer brands, and drive industry-wide visibility.

Key Responsibilities

Real Estate Media Relations:

Build strong networks with journalists, editors, and media houses to secure consistent coverage.

Content & Storytelling:

Draft impactful press releases, market insights, project launch stories, leadership interviews, and thought-leadership articles.

Brand Positioning:

Strengthen client brands through proactive PR campaigns, industry awards, and expert commentary opportunities.

Event PR:

Manage communication for project launches, press conferences, exhibitions, and networking events.

Crisis Management:

Develop communication strategies to safeguard brand reputation.

Stakeholder Engagement:

Collaborate with developers, investors, and industry leaders to shape positive narratives.

Digital PR:

Integrate PR strategies with digital campaigns, influencer outreach, and social media content.

Monitoring & Reporting:

Track coverage, analyze campaign success, and provide insights for improvement.

Industry Networking:

Represent the company at property expos, real estate summits, and industry forums.

Candidate Profile

3-8 years of relevant experience in

real estate PR, corporate communications, or media relations

. Strong knowledge of

real estate market trends, regulatory environment, and property media landscape

. Established connections with

real estate, business, and financial journalists

. Proven ability to manage

end-to-end PR campaigns, media events, and press interactions

. Excellent

writing, communication, and storytelling skills

. Strong organizational and multitasking ability with on-time delivery under pressure. Proficiency in

PR tools, media databases, and analytics software

. Exposure to

digital PR, social media campaigns, and influencer collaborations

is a plus.
