Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced and proactive

Senior PR Executive

to join our team in Pune. The ideal candidate will be skilled in strategic messaging, media relations, and client communication. This role involves leading PR campaigns, managing content, coordinating media outreach, and supporting overall brand positioning initiatives.

Candidates with prior PR agency or media experience will be given preference.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement PR and communication strategies that align with client objectives. Plan and manage media outreach to secure meaningful coverage across print, digital, and broadcast channels. Build and maintain strong relationships with journalists, influencers, and key stakeholders. Draft and edit press releases, feature articles, blog posts, speeches, and social media content. Track and analyze media coverage and campaign performance; deliver insights and recommendations. Organize and coordinate press conferences, media briefings, and stakeholder events. Collaborate with content and digital teams to enhance brand engagement across platforms. Explore and evaluate strategic partnership, sponsorship, and advertising opportunities. Stay current on industry trends and provide communication guidance to clients and internal teams. Mentor junior team members and promote a culture of collaboration and excellence.

Qualifications and Skills

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, Journalism, or a related field. 3-5 years of proven experience in public relations, preferably within an agency environment. Demonstrated success in leading PR campaigns and securing media coverage. Established network of media contacts across relevant industries and publications. Strong written and verbal communication skills in English; regional language proficiency is a plus. Familiarity with digital PR tools and social media platforms. Confident in representing clients and managing media interactions. Excellent organizational, multitasking, and time-management skills. Solution-focused, detail-oriented, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
