We Are Looking For:

A dynamic

PR & Sales Executive

who can build strong public relations, manage media and client communications, and at the same time drive business growth by pitching and selling digital marketing & PR services in Pune.

Key Responsibilities:

Build and maintain strong relationships with local businesses, media professionals, and influencers. Plan and execute PR campaigns, events, and collaborations to enhance visibility. Identify new business opportunities and pitch PR & digital marketing services to prospects. Meet and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets through lead generation and conversions. Draft press releases, proposals, and promotional material for clients. Leverage personal and professional contacts in Pune to generate leads. Represent the agency at networking events, meetings, and business forums. Maintain client database, track opportunities, and prepare regular reports.

Key Requirements:

Must be

based in Pune

with strong local contacts/network.

1-3 years of experience

in PR, Sales, or Business Development (preferably in Digital Marketing, Media, or Advertising). Freshers with strong communication skills may also apply. Excellent

communication, networking, negotiation, and convincing skills

. Ability to confidently explain PR & digital marketing services to clients. Creative mindset with knowledge of marketing and media trends. Self-motivated, proactive, and target-driven.
