THIS IS A MUMBAI BASED ROLE.Role Description This is a full-time hybrid role for a Public Relations Executive. The role is located in Mumbai Metropolitan Region, with flexibility for some remote work. The Public Relations Executive will be responsible for press releases, media relations, communication, and public relations on a day-to-day basis. We are seeking to hire a public relations specialist. You will be in charge of establishing and maintaining relationships with consumer, community, employee, and public interest groups by writing press releases and other media communications, responding to requests for information and press conferences, and coaching client representatives in the correct way of communicating with the public and with clients. To be successful in this role, you will need a deep understanding of consumer marketing. You will also need excellent written and verbal communication skills. Previous experience in handling a press conference is also an advantage. Job Role:
Plan, implement and manage public relations strategies
Organize and manage various Public Relations activities
Measure performance of each activity and event
Determine KPIs for PR
Measure and produce reports on PR KPIs and each PR campaign
use different channels to optimize campaign\'s reach and success
Work with marketing team to ensure match with the corporate brand
Arrange and coordinate interviews
Research and gather opportunities for sponsorships
Build and maintain relationships with journalists, influencers and politicians
Stay up to date with PR and industry trends and best practices
Develop, align and integrate PR Strategy & plans to support overall brand and marketing objectives.
Drafting statements, briefs to initiate stories, responses to journalists and other inputs for the media. Also, support internal employee communication for business purposes.
Successful media pitching and curiosity to learn and grow.
Requirements: - Bachelors or Post Graduate degree or equivalent professional experience in the area of Marketing, Public Relations, Communications, and Journalism. - Minimum 1-3 years of relevant experience (PR, social media, corporate communications in FinTech,Banking or Financial Services). - Excellent communication skills both written and verbal - Fair knowledge on Social Media and Marketing using online channels is a must Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: 14,050.01 - 59,628.23 per month Benefits:
