Key Responsibilities:
Guest Relations:
Greet and welcome every guest with a friendly and positive attitude.
Manage reservations, guest seating, and waiting lists efficiently.
Ensure VIP and repeat guests receive personalized attention.
Address guest queries, feedback, and complaints promptly and professionally.
Coordinate with service staff, kitchen, and bar teams for smooth guest service.
Ensure table visits, check-backs, and guest follow-ups are done regularly.
Public Relations & Brand Promotion:
Represent the restaurant's brand in a professional and engaging manner.
Assist in planning, promoting, and supporting outlet events, festivals, and promotions.
Support the marketing team by facilitating guest feedback videos, testimonials, and social media interactions.
Build good relationships with guests, influencers, and regular patrons to drive repeat business.
Encourage guests to share positive reviews on platforms like Google, Zomato, Instagram, etc.
Communication & Coordination:
Update the Outlet Manager on guest concerns, trends, and feedback daily.
Maintain guest history, preferences, and special notes for personalized service.
Coordinate with all outlet staff for seamless operations.
Ensure timely communication between guest and operations team.

Education & Experience:
Minimum HSC / Graduation preferred.
1-2 years' experience in Guest Relations or PR roles, preferably in restaurants/hotels.
