THE OPPORTUNITY
We are looking for a dynamic
PR and Community Manager
with
3-6 years of experience
in public relations, content-driven storytelling, and community building to shape XenonStack's external narrative and engagement strategy.
In this role, you'll act as the bridge between XenonStack and its ecosystem -- including media, analysts, partners, and developer communities -- amplifying our voice and fostering authentic relationships.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Public Relations & Media Engagement
Develop and execute a
strategic PR plan
to enhance XenonStack's brand visibility across media outlets.
Build and maintain strong relationships with
journalists, analysts, and industry influencers
.
Draft and distribute
press releases, media kits, and thought leadership content
in collaboration with leadership.
Identify and pitch
story opportunities
aligned with company milestones, product launches, and industry trends.
Manage
media responses, interviews, and press events
for executives.
Community Building & Engagement
Design and manage programs to grow XenonStack's
AI, Data, and Developer communities
.
Drive engagement across platforms like
LinkedIn, X (Twitter), GitHub, Discord, and Reddit
.
Collaborate with internal teams to host
webinars, AMAs, workshops, and virtual meetups
.
Identify and nurture
brand advocates and ambassadors
within the ecosystem.
Monitor sentiment and feedback to inform community strategy.
Content & Thought Leadership
Partner with Product Marketing and Leadership to amplify
thought leadership in AI, Cloud, and Agentic Systems
.
Create and edit
articles, blog posts, interviews, and social stories
for community and PR channels.
Support
executive communication
-- op-eds, quotes, event scripts, and presentations.
Analytics & Reporting
Track PR coverage, share of voice, and brand sentiment using tools like
Meltwater, Cision, or Brandwatch
.
Analyze community metrics (engagement, growth, retention) and present actionable insights.
SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS
Must-Have
Bachelor's or Master's degree in
Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, or Journalism
.
3-6 years of experience
in PR, corporate communications, or community management.
Excellent writing, editing, and storytelling skills with a strong command of tone and style.
Proven experience building and managing
online or professional communities
.
Strong media relations skills and understanding of tech industry narratives.
Proficiency in tools like
Meltwater, HubSpot, Hootsuite, or Notion
for PR and community management.
Good-to-Have
Experience in
AI, SaaS, Cloud, or Tech
sectors.
Understanding of
SEO, analytics, and brand reputation management
.
Comfortable working cross-functionally with marketing, leadership, and product teams.
