We are hiring a proactive, execution-focused PR Associate to drive founder visibility across public forums, recognitions, press, and speaker circuits. This role requires an editorial mindset, deep research ability, and consistent outreach velocity. Ideal for candidates who want to accelerate their experience in founder storytelling, thought leadership campaigns, and PR asset building.
Key Responsibilities:
Write and pitch 2-3 founder-focused story ideas per week to relevant editors and publications
Apply to 1-2 award opportunities, jury calls, or speaker forums per week
Research and maintain a live calendar of visibility opportunities (panels, fellowships, podcasts)
Build and organize pitch decks, bios, press dossiers, and profile kits
Create, manage, and update trackers for all submissions and media conversations
Ideal Profile:
6-12 months experience in PR, content, editorial, or media outreach
Comfortable writing emails, short bios, and founder features
Extremely organized; can handle multiple weekly deliverables and real-time follow-ups
Ability to represent the founder's vision with discretion, clarity, and professionalism
