The PR Associate - College Tie-Ups is responsible for building and managing relationships with colleges, universities, and educational institutions. The role focuses on partnerships, student outreach, brand representation, and coordination of academic collaborations, events, and programs.
Key Responsibilities
1. College & Institutional Partnerships
Identify and establish tie-ups with colleges, universities, and academic institutions.
Build long-term relationships with college management, placement officers, HODs, and faculty members.
Promote institutional offerings such as training programs, internships, workshops, certifications, and placement support.
2. PR & Brand Representation
Represent the organization during college visits, meetings, seminars, and academic events.
Communicate the organization's value proposition professionally to stakeholders.
Strengthen brand visibility and credibility within educational institutions.
3. Events & Campus Engagement
Coordinate campus activities such as seminars, guest lectures, workshops, bootcamps, and career guidance sessions.
Support planning and execution of MoUs, orientation programs, and student engagement activities.
Manage event logistics in coordination with internal teams and college authorities.
4. Communication & Coordination
Act as the primary point of contact between the organization and partner colleges.
Handle official communication via emails, calls, and meetings.
Coordinate with internal teams (sales, marketing, operations, trainers) for smooth execution of programs.
5. Reporting & Follow-ups
Maintain records of college tie-ups, meetings, and outcomes.
Track partnership progress and provide regular reports to management.
Follow up on renewals, feedback, and future collaboration opportunities.
