Uplive is looking for a PR and Branding Manager to join our growing team. The PR and Branding Manager is an experienced and web-savvy manager responsible for developing and implementing effective PR and Branding strategy and execution plans. If you live and breathe digital marketing, have a strong grasp of local marketing strategies environment, and have the ability to drive integrated marketing campaigns from concept to execution, we want to talk to you. We are looking for savvy marketers who are good at executing PR and creative marketing solutions, social media marketing, event planning, and all other branding projects.In this role you will work with internal stakeholders and the PR & Marketing team to ideate, deploy, and report on branding campaigns, media relations, and paid and unpaid advertising within the organization. The PR and Branding Manager can expect to be immersed in many local and international aspects of the global organization and regularly engage with senior executives.Key Responsibilities

  • Originate and drive Uplive integrated marketing campaigns to increase brand awareness
  • Participate in day-to-day communication with Uplive hub team and follow up on all the requirements.
  • Manage the development and execution of traditional media and digital marketing programs that directly align with brand business objectives to reach target audiences and drive downloads
  • Manage events, social campaigns, brand marketing, branding executions etc; work with ad agencies to develop and execute marketing solutions
  • Evaluate and develop budgets and summarize reports on campaign performance
  • Keep informed of industry activities and meetings with vendor communities, as well as new media and digital strategies, resources, opportunities, and techniques
  • Seek opportunities for efficiency and automation and work cross-functionally on implementation
Skills & Experience we're looking for
  • Relevant Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification with an excellent academic record
  • 2-5 years of relevant experience in PR and MarCom.
  • Excellent understanding of the media, policy and cultural landscape in India, with a strong network of contacts across business, consumer, technology and trade media
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Ability to build relationships cross-functionally and across different time zones
  • Ability to balance critical thinking with tactical execution and attention to detail
  • Excellent news judgement as well as very strong writing and communications skills
  • 4A Agency experience a plus
  • Understanding and interest in live streaming, social media, ecommerce etc.
