Key Responsibilities

Teaching & Learning:

Plan and deliver engaging lessons in line with CBSE guidelines and early childhood education best practices. Foster a safe, inclusive, and stimulating learning environment. Develop age-appropriate teaching materials and activities to support holistic development.

Student Engagement:

Encourage creativity, curiosity, and positive social interactions among students. Monitor and assess each child's progress and provide individualized support as needed.

Classroom Management:

Maintain a clean, organized, and cheerful classroom atmosphere. Implement effective discipline strategies to ensure a productive learning environment.

Parental Communication:

Provide regular updates to parents about student progress and classroom activities. Address parental concerns with empathy and professionalism.

Professional Development:

Participate in staff meetings, workshops, and training programs to enhance skills and knowledge.

Requirements

Educational Qualification:

Bachelor's Degree in Early Childhood Education, NTT (Nursery Teacher Training), or equivalent certification.

Experience:

Minimum 1-3 years of teaching experience at the pre-primary level (preferred).

Skills:

Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Creativity in lesson planning and activity design. Patience, empathy, and a passion for working with young children.

Language Proficiency:

Fluency in English (spoken and written).
