What Youxe2x80x99ll Do:

• Build, manage, and optimize Pay Per Lead campaigns
• Collaborate with design and copy teams to drive high-converting funnels
• Source traffic through social ads, search, affiliate networks, or cold outreach
• Analyze lead quality, CPL, and conversion metrics daily
• Test new channels and double down on what performs

What You Bring:

• Proven experience running PPL campaigns
• Hands-on knowledge of platforms like Meta Ads, Google Ads, native ads, etc.
• Data-driven mindset with A/B testing experience
