Job description : Techno functional consultant having experience with ServiceNow . Should have experience ServiceNow process consolidation and assessment of AS-IS landscape and transform to next generation user experience centric processes. Quantit y -2 (1 C5 , 1 C4) SL # Service Now JOB SUMMARY The Functional consultant provides strategic and operational analysis services to business and delivery partners, usually focusing on one functional area. The focus of this position is to work closel y with the business units to gain in-depth understanding of customer s business strategy, processes, services, roadmap and the context in which the business operates. This role will be key to understanding and documenting capabilities needed to addre ss business challenges, and translate them into technology requirements. They work on small to mid-size projects and assist other project managers on larger more complex projects related to operational business functions. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES # Maint ain deep knowledge of industry standards, methodologies, processes and best practices. # Manage client relationships and expectations through a sound communication process # Stay current with client needs and strategies utilizing formal and informa l written communication methods to share updates and findings # Facilitate process design changes by conducting business and systems process analysis and design, ensuring data is reliable and valid. # Create project documentation and engage with Pr oject Management, Systems Requirements, Design and Development, Quality Assurance, Production Support. # Collaborate with developers to implement the requirements, provide necessary guidance to testers during QA process SPECIALIZATION ServiceNow all ows employees to work the way they want to, and customers can get what they need, when they need it.
