Job Summary:

Vivek Pharmaceutical Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive

PPIC Executive

to join our Production team. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of production planning, inventory control, and material requirement planning (MRP). The role requires excellent coordination and the ability to work cross-functionally to ensure efficient and timely production.

Key Responsibilities:

Production Planning & Monitoring

Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly production schedules based on sales orders and plant capacity. Coordinate and issue production programs to Own, Loan License (LL), and Third-Party (TP) sites. Monitor batch-wise production status, analyze daily output vs planned performance. Ensure timely start of production lines.

Material Requirement Planning (MRP)

Plan and generate purchase requisitions for raw and packaging materials. Coordinate with the Purchase department for timely procurement and availability. Track daily inventory levels of RM, PM, SFG, and FG to ensure uninterrupted production.

Inventory Management

Maintain optimal inventory levels based on production forecasts. Conduct periodic stock audits and reconcile inventory data. Generate and maintain stock, consumption, and variance MIS reports.

Cross-Functional Coordination

Liaise with internal teams: Production, QA/QC, Purchase, Stores, Packing Development. Coordinate dispatches from manufacturing sites to warehouses and ensure alignment with demand forecasts. Support monthly Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) meetings.

System & Reporting

Work on ERP systems to manage production and inventory data. Support implementation and training of new planning tools or system enhancements.
