We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive
PPIC Executive
responsible for material planning, inventory control and inter-departmental coordination in a pharmaceutical manufacturing setup. The role ensures smooth coordination between production, procurement, QC, and warehouse teams to meet production targets while maintaining compliance with regulatory and quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and monitor production plans in line with sales forecasts and dispatch schedules
Ensure timely availability of raw materials, packing materials, and components
Coordinate with Production, Purchase, QA, QC, and Stores departments for smooth operations
Monitor inventory levels, control slow-moving and non-moving stock, and minimize shortages or excess
Issue and track production orders, batch plans, and material requisitions
Maintain accurate records in ERP systems related to planning and inventory
Ensure compliance with GMP, regulatory, and company SOPs
Desired Candidate Profile:
Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Science, Engineering, or related field
2-5 years of experience in PPIC within a pharmaceutical manufacturing setup
Strong knowledge of production planning, and inventory control.
Good coordination, analytical, and problem-solving skills
