About the Role:



We are seeking a results-driven

PPC Specialist (English Profile)

to manage and optimize our paid marketing campaigns across

Google Ads, Bing, Meta Ads, and other digital platforms

. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in

English-speaking markets (US, UK, Canada, Australia)

and a deep understanding of data-driven performance marketing strategies.

Key Responsibilities:



Plan, create, and manage

PPC campaigns

for English-speaking markets on

Google Ads, Bing, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), LinkedIn, and other paid platforms

. Conduct

keyword research

, competitor analysis, and audience targeting to optimize ad performance. Write

high-quality English ad copies

, ensuring relevance, clarity, and strong CTAs. Monitor

daily budget utilization

, bids, and campaign performance to ensure optimal ROI. Track, analyze, and report performance metrics such as CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS, and conversion rates. Collaborate with the

creative and content teams

to develop engaging ad creatives and landing pages. Run

A/B tests

to continuously improve ad copy, targeting, and bidding strategies. Stay updated on

PPC best practices

, search engine trends, and algorithm updates. Identify new paid marketing opportunities to drive lead generation and brand growth. Ensure all campaigns comply with platform policies and brand guidelines.

Required Skills & Qualifications:



Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.

2-5 years

of hands-on PPC campaign management experience for

English-speaking markets

. Proven expertise in

Google Ads

,

Meta Ads

, and

Microsoft Ads (Bing)

. Strong command of written and spoken

English

for ad copywriting and reporting. Proficiency in analytics tools like

Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and Data Studio

. Excellent understanding of

conversion tracking, attribution models

, and

remarketing strategies

. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-first mindset. Certification in

Google Ads

or

Meta Blueprint

preferred.

Preferred Qualifications:



Experience managing PPC campaigns for

travel, e-commerce, or lead generation businesses

. Knowledge of

SEO basics

and

landing page optimization

. Experience with

automation tools

such as Optmyzr, SEMrush, or SpyFu.
