(JD) for PPC Specialist - Real Estate Campaigns

Position: PPC (Pay-Per-Click) Specialist - Real Estate

Work Arrangement: Work From Home (WFH)

Work Hours: Monday to Saturday, 11:00 AM to 8:00 PM

Salary: ₹30,000 per month

Experience Required: Proven experience in managing PPC campaigns, preferably in the real estate sector

Key Responsibilities 1. Manage Real Estate PPC Campaigns: Develop, execute, and optimize PPC campaigns targeting real estate buyers, sellers, and investors. 2. Platform Expertise: Proficiency in Google Ads (Search, Display, Video) and other relevant platforms like Facebook Ads for real estate marketing. 3. Keyword Research & Optimization: Identify and optimize high-performing keywords relevant to real estate properties, projects. 4. Ad Copy & Landing Page Optimization: Craft compelling ad copies and ensure landing pages are optimized for conversions. 5. Budget Management: Manage allocated budgets effectively to maximize ROI for real estate campaigns. 6. Performance Analysis & Reporting: Monitor campaign performance, provide regular reports, and suggest improvements based on data. 7. A/B Testing: Conduct tests on ads for better performance and cost-effectiveness. 8. Stay Updated with Trends: Keep abreast of PPC trends, real estate market dynamics, and competitor strategies. Required Skills & Experience 1. PPC Experience: Proven track record managing PPC campaigns, ideally with experience in real estate or related sectors. 2. Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions for campaign optimization. 3. Google Ads Certification: Advantageous to have certifications like Google Ads Search. 4. Real Estate Knowledge: Understanding of real estate markets, products (residential, commercial), and buyer personas beneficial. 5. Communication Skills: Good written and verbal communication for collaboration and reporting.
