Performance Marketing Specialist

is responsible for driving measurable growth through data-driven digital advertising campaigns across platforms such as

Google, Facebook, and Instagram

. This role focuses on optimizing campaign performance, managing budgets efficiently, and maximizing

Return on Ad Spend (ROAS)

. The specialist leverages analytics, audience segmentation, and advanced ad tools to improve conversion rates while keeping customer acquisition costs low through continuous performance optimization.

Roles & Responsibilities

Perform daily account management across

Google Ads and other paid search platforms

Understand client objectives and design strategies to exceed defined performance goals Plan, recommend, and execute strategies related to: Campaign structuring Targeting and audience segmentation Creatives and ad formats Betas and new Google channel features Prepare and present

weekly and monthly performance reports

, including: Key metrics tracking Goal and revenue tracking Paid search performance insights Monitor and manage

web analytics dashboards

and reporting tools, identifying key optimization opportunities aligned with client goals Communicate regularly with internal teams and management on project progress, timelines, and results Collaborate with leadership to explain, refine, and modify strategic plans Stay updated on

industry trends, competitive landscape, and product developments

Lead and present

Monthly and Quarterly Business Review (MBR/QBR)

meetings showcasing business growth Support

team growth

Eligibility & Behavioural Competencies

Tech graduate or MBA with hands-on experience in

SEM and Paid Search (PPC)

Strong passion for

search and digital marketing

Creative problem-solver with the ability to think strategically Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Quick learner with the ability to adapt to new industries and business models High levels of integrity, autonomy, and self-motivation

Pay: ₹33,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
