PPC Specialist (Google, X, Meta Ads & Multi-Platform)

We are seeking a results-driven and analytical PPC Specialist to manage and optimise paid advertising campaigns across multiple platforms including Google Ads, Meta (Facebook & Instagram), X (formerly Twitter), LinkedIn, and other digital advertising channels. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of creating, managing, and scaling successful paid campaigns that drive conversions, maximise ROI, and align with business objectives.

Key ResponsibilitiesCampaign Management & Strategy

Plan, create, launch, and manage PPC campaigns across Google Ads (Search, Display, Shopping, Performance Max, YouTube), Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram), X Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and other relevant platforms. Develop comprehensive paid advertising strategies aligned with client goals, target audiences, and budget parameters. Conduct thorough keyword research, audience segmentation, and competitive analysis to identify opportunities. Create and optimise ad copy, headlines, descriptions, and visual assets for maximum engagement and conversion. Set up conversion tracking, pixels, and analytics implementations to measure campaign performance accurately.
Campaign Optimisation & Performance

Monitor campaign performance daily, analysing key metrics including CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS, conversion rates, and quality scores. Conduct A/B and multivariate testing on ad creatives, landing pages, audience segments, and bidding strategies. Optimise campaigns continuously through bid adjustments, budget allocation, negative keyword management, and audience refinement. Implement remarketing and retargeting strategies to maximise conversion opportunities. Utilise AI-powered tools and automation features (Smart Bidding, Dynamic Ads, Performance Max) to enhance campaign efficiency.
Reporting & Analytics

Generate comprehensive performance reports with actionable insights for stakeholders and clients. Track and analyse campaign data using Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Meta Business Suite, and other analytics platforms. Provide regular updates on campaign performance, budget utilisation, and ROI metrics. Identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for improvement based on data analysis. Present strategic recommendations to improve campaign performance and achieve business goals.
Collaboration & Communication

Work closely with content creators, graphic designers, and social media teams to develop compelling ad creatives. Collaborate with web developers to optimise landing pages for better conversion rates. Communicate campaign strategies, performance updates, and insights to clients and internal teams. Stay updated on platform changes, new features, advertising policies, and industry best practices.
Budget & Account Management

Manage advertising budgets effectively across multiple campaigns and platforms. Ensure efficient allocation of resources to maximise return on ad spend (ROAS). Monitor spending patterns and adjust strategies to stay within budget constraints. Maintain organised campaign structures and naming conventions for easy tracking and reporting.
Requirements and SkillsEssential Qualifications

Proven experience as a PPC Specialist, Digital Marketing Specialist, or similar role with a minimum of 2-3 years managing paid advertising campaigns. Demonstrated success in managing campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram), and at least one other platform (X, LinkedIn, Pinterest, TikTok). In-depth knowledge of Google Ads platform including Search, Display, Shopping, Performance Max, and YouTube campaigns. Strong expertise in Meta Ads Manager, campaign structures, audience targeting, and creative best practices. Experience with X Ads (formerly Twitter Ads) and understanding of the platform's unique advertising ecosystem. Proficiency in Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Google Tag Manager, and conversion tracking setup. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
Technical Skills

Advanced knowledge of keyword research tools (Google Keyword Planner, SEMrush, Ahrefs, SpyFu). Experience with bid management and optimisation strategies across different platforms. Familiarity with AI-powered advertising tools and automation platforms (Google AI, Meta Advantage+). Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets for data analysis and reporting. Experience with A/B testing tools and methodologies. Knowledge of landing page optimisation principles and conversion rate optimisation (CRO). Understanding of SEO principles and how they complement paid search strategies.
Creative & Strategic Skills

Excellent copywriting skills for creating compelling ad copy that drives clicks and conversions. Understanding of visual design principles and ability to provide creative direction for ad assets. Experience with Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar design tools (preferred). Ability to develop audience personas and targeting strategies based on customer insights. Strategic thinking with the ability to align campaigns with broader marketing objectives.
Soft Skills

Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English. Analytical mindset with a focus on metrics, performance, and continuous improvement. Proactive problem-solving abilities and adaptability to changing platform algorithms. Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment. Time management skills with ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
