Key Responsibilities
Campaign Management
  • Manage and optimise Google Ads (Search, Display, Performance Max)
  • Manage and optimise Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram)
  • Monitor daily performance and adjust budgets responsibly
Lead Quality & Performance
  • Focus on lead quality, not just volume
  • Improve conversion rates across ads and landing pages
  • Reduce cost per lead (CPL) while maintaining performance
  • Track and improve ROI
Testing & Optimisation
  • Test:
  • Ad creatives (images, videos, copy)
  • Audiences
  • Funnels
  • Landing pages
  • Use test results to scale what works and stop what doesn't
Data & Analysis
  • Analyse campaign data to make clear decisions
