Role Description:

Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns across various channels in various countries, with a focus on PPC, social media advertising (Google, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn), and programmatic ad buys Monitor and optimize campaign performance using analytics tools and CRM such as Google Analytics, Google Data Studio, Ads Manager and Hubspot Develop and maintain performance reports, ensuring clear communication of campaign results and learnings to stakeholders Allocate budgets effectively, optimize campaigns, and conduct thorough performance analyses. Conduct A/B testing on various campaign elements to continuously improve conversion rates and other key performance metrics Stay updated with the latest trends in performance marketing

Qualifications:

3+ years of experience in digital/performance marketing Strong analytical skills to interpret campaign performance data and provide insights Experience with optimizing landing pages and improving quality scores Effective communication and teamwork skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other data analysis tools Ability to work on-site in Ahmedabad, with strong organizational and time-management abilities Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
