As we continue to scale our brand presence, we're looking for a data-driven and detail-oriented PPC Specialist to lead our online advertising efforts. This is a key role for someone who combines analytical precision with creative strategy to drive performance, visibility, and ROI across digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities



Plan, create, and manage PPC campaigns across Google Ads, Bing Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and other relevant platforms.Conduct in-depth keyword research to identify high-performing opportunities.

Write compelling ad copy and optimize landing pages to enhance conversion rates.

Monitor key performance metrics (CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS, etc.) and identify improvement opportunities.

Perform A/B testing to refine creatives, audience targeting, and bidding strategies.

Continuously optimize campaigns to maximize ROI within allocated budgets.

Collaborate with the marketing and content teams to align PPC initiatives with broader brand and business goals.

Generate regular performance reports and present actionable insights.

Stay current with the latest trends and best practices in paid advertising and digital marketing.

Qualifications



Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.

Proven experience managing PPC campaigns (Google Ads Certification preferred).

Strong analytical skills and proficiency with Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, SEMrush, and similar tools.

Excellent understanding of conversion tracking, remarketing, and audience segmentation.

Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Experience with SEO integration and how it complements paid search (preferred).

Familiarity with Meta Ads, Amazon Ads, and YouTube Ads is a plus.
