Job Summary:
We are hiring an experienced PPC & Digital Marketing Specialist to manage and optimize paid ad campaigns for real estate projects. The candidate should have strong hands-on experience in Google Ads and Social Media Ads to drive quality leads and conversions.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan, execute, and optimize Google Ads, Facebook, and Instagram campaigns. Manage targeting, retargeting, and conversion strategies for property leads. Analyze campaign performance and optimize ROI. Collaborate with design and sales teams for ad creatives and lead nurturing.
Requirements:

3-8 years of experience in PPC & Digital Marketing (Real Estate preferred). Expertise in Google Ads Manager & Meta Business Suite. Strong knowledge of lead generation, CPC optimization, and analytics.
