Profile- Production Manager (Electrical Background)

Experience - 10+

Salary -Up 90k

Location- Meerut(Partapur)

Key Responsibilities:

Plan, coordinate, and control manufacturing processes to meet production targets. Ensure products are produced on time, within budget, and to standard. Monitor production schedules, workflows, and adjust resources as needed. Supervise, train, and evaluate production staff and shift supervisors. Implement and enforce safety procedures and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations. Manage inventory levels, supply chain needs, and equipment maintenance. Analyze production data and identify areas for improvement in efficiency and cost reduction. Collaborate with quality assurance, engineering, and logistics teams. Prepare and present production reports and performance metrics to senior management.
