Purpose:
Drive consistent, high-quality patient enquiries through advanced paid media campaigns on Meta, Google, and other digital platforms. This person will own performance marketing end-to-end -- strategy, setup, optimisation, tracking, and ROI delivery.
Core Responsibilities:
Create, manage, and optimise PPC campaigns across Meta Ads, Google Ads, and other channels.
Conduct advanced audience targeting and A/B testing for maximum CTR and conversions.
Integrate ad campaigns with Zoho CRM for accurate lead tracking and attribution.
Manage budgets and bid strategies to achieve target CPL and ROAS.
Report weekly with clear insights and recommendations.
Core Skills:
Expert-level knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, and retargeting platforms.
Strong data interpretation and budget optimisation skills.
Experience in healthcare or lead-generation industries (UK preferred).
Advanced understanding of conversion tracking, UTMs, and analytics dashboards.
Success KPIs:
Cost per lead (CPL) within target.
Click-through rate (CTR) improvement month-on-month.
Lead-to-patient conversion uplift.
ROAS growth across campaigns.
Accurate attribution through CRM integration.
