We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Performance Marketing Executive to join our marketing team. This role involves developing and executing data-driven marketing strategies across multiple channels to optimize brand visibility, lead generation, and sales performance. Duties
Develop and implement comprehensive multichannel marketing strategies that include SEO, social media marketing, email marketing, and content marketing to enhance brand awareness and engagement.
Manage advertising campaigns across platforms such as Facebook Advertising, Google AdWords, and print advertising to maximize ROI.
Utilize marketing automation tools and analytics platforms like Google Analytics to monitor campaign performance and optimize ongoing efforts.
Create compelling copy for digital ads, landing pages, blogs, and email campaigns aligned with brand voice and target audience.
Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and new opportunities in B2B and e-commerce sectors.
Collaborate with product management teams to develop go-to-market strategies for new products or features.
Oversee budgeting for paid campaigns ensuring efficient allocation of resources across channels.
Maintain proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite for content creation and visual asset development.
Manage WordPress websites, including basic HTML edits, to ensure content accuracy and SEO best practices are followed.
Track key performance indicators (KPIs) using analytics tools to assess campaign effectiveness and report insights to stakeholders.
Experience
Proven experience in digital marketing roles with a focus on performance marketing or similar fields.
Strong knowledge of SEO, social media platforms (Facebook Advertising), Google AdWords, Google Analytics, and email marketing tools.
Experience with content creation, copywriting, and managing advertising sales campaigns.
Familiarity with marketing automation platforms and multichannel campaign management tools.
Hands-on experience with Adobe Creative Suite for designing digital assets is preferred.
Knowledge of e-commerce platforms such as Shopify or WooCommerce is advantageous.
Ability to analyze data effectively to inform strategic decisions and optimize campaigns.
Excellent research skills combined with strong communication abilities for cross-functional collaboration.
