We are seeking a highly skilled and results-driven
PPC Paid Media Specialist
to manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns across multiple platforms. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in creating, executing, and analyzing PPC campaigns to maximize ROI, drive traffic, and generate quality leads.
Key Responsibilities
Plan, build, and manage PPC campaigns across platforms (Google Ads, Bing Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc.).
Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, and competitive analysis to optimize campaigns.
Write compelling ad copy and collaborate with the creative team for ad creatives.
Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics (CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS, etc.).
Optimize campaigns for conversions and cost efficiency through A/B testing and bid strategies.
Track and report on campaign performance, providing actionable insights and recommendations.
Stay updated with paid media trends, platform updates, and industry best practices.
Collaborate with SEO, content, and marketing teams to ensure alignment of paid media strategy with overall marketing goals.
Qualifications & Skills
Proven experience as a
PPC Specialist / Paid Media Specialist
(minimum 4 years).
Strong knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and other paid platforms.
Experience with Google Analytics (GA4), Tag Manager, and conversion tracking setup.
Proficiency in keyword research and campaign management tools (SEMrush, Ahrefs, etc. is a plus).
Strong analytical and data-driven mindset.
Excellent communication skills and ability to present performance reports.
Google Ads / Meta Blueprint certifications are a plus.
