Key Responsibilities:
Plan, execute, and manage performance-driven PPC campaigns across
Google Ads, Meta (Facebook & Instagram), YouTube, and Shopping Ads.
Optimize campaigns daily to achieve strong
ROAS, lower CPA, and increase conversion rates.
Conduct
keyword research, competitor analysis, and audience segmentation
to identify growth opportunities.
Collaborate with the
creative and merchandising teams
to develop high-converting ad creatives and landing pages.
Manage and allocate advertising budgets effectively across multiple product categories.
Implement
retargeting and dynamic remarketing campaigns
to boost repeat purchases.
Analyze campaign data, generate performance reports, and present insights with actionable recommendations.
Stay current with
e-commerce trends, ad platform updates, and algorithm changes.
Conduct
A/B testing
on ad creatives, bidding strategies, and landing pages.
Work closely with
SEO, content, and analytics teams
to ensure an integrated marketing approach.
Key Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
3-6 years of hands-on PPC experience
(preferably in e-commerce or retail brands).
Expertise in
Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and Google Merchant Center.
Strong analytical and data interpretation skills using
Google Analytics, Tag Manager, and Data Studio.
Proven experience driving measurable results such as
sales volume, ROAS, and CAC.
Proficiency in
Excel / Google Sheets
for performance analysis.
Excellent communication and reporting skills.
Google Ads Certification
and
Meta Blueprint Certification
are a plus.
Preferred Experience:
Managing
shopping and performance max campaigns
for online stores.
Experience with
Amazon Ads, Flipkart Ads, or other marketplace advertising platforms.
Knowledge of
CRO (Conversion Rate Optimization)
and
funnel optimization
techniques.
Familiarity with
Shopify, WooCommerce, or Magento
platforms.
