Job Description

Key Responsibilities:



- Develop and implement production plans and schedules to meet business goals.

- Coordinate with procurement, production, and quality control teams to ensure smooth operations.

- Monitor production processes and adjust schedules as needed to optimize efficiency.

- Manage inventory levels to ensure the availability of raw materials and finished goods.

- Analyze production data and identify areas for improvement.

- Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.

- Prepare and present reports on production performance and metrics.

- Lead and manage the production planning and control team.

- Collaborate with other departments to ensure alignment with business objectives.

- Implement and maintain production planning and control systems.

Required Qualifications:



- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Production Management, or a related field.

- Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in production planning and control, with at least 3-5 years in a managerial role.

- Proven track record of managing production schedules and optimizing manufacturing processes.

Preferred Qualifications



- Certifications in production planning, lean manufacturing, or related fields (e.g., APICS CPIM).

- Master's degree in a relevant field is preferred.

Pay: ?20,000.00 - ?50,000.00 per month
