Key Responsibilities
Plan, execute, and optimize
Google Ads campaigns
(Search, Shopping, Display, Video, Performance Max) across multiple international markets (US, UK, EU).
Manage
daily campaign budgets, bids, and keyword portfolios
to ensure maximum ROI.
Set up and maintain
Google Merchant Center feeds
and fix disapprovals or feed issues.
Analyze campaign performance using
Google Analytics, Tag Manager, and Data Studio
, providing weekly and monthly reports.
Perform
A/B testing
on ad creatives, headlines, and landing pages for continuous improvement.
Research competitors, industry trends, and fashion retail benchmarks to identify growth opportunities.
Collaborate with
design, content, and CRO teams
to align paid media strategy with brand goals.
Implement
remarketing and audience segmentation
to improve conversion rates.
Stay updated with Google Ads algorithm changes and fashion e-commerce trends.
Requirements
4-5 years of hands-on experience managing PPC campaigns on
Google Ads
for
international fashion/e-commerce brands

Proven success in scaling revenue and achieving
ROAS/CPA goals
