Role

: Project Planning, Control, Engineering, Team Leader.

Key Responsibilities

Customer coordination & weekly project status reporting Project planning (bar charts), monitoring, and delay/forecast analysis Cross-department follow-ups and material planning (indents, receipts, readiness) Documentation & drawing issue management (to customers, TPI, QC) Dispatch planning (packing list, intimation) Site execution planning (mechanical, electrical, refrigeration, automation, instrumentation) Contractor/vendor management (cranes, insulation, agencies, manpower) Site management (safety, statutory compliances, expense budgeting/tracking) Project completion (installation, handover, O&M, certifications, customer feedback) Data & reporting (SAP database, ISO documentation, DMS implementation

Education & Experience

BE (Mechanical) with

10-12 years

in technical manufacturing/EPC (Process field preferred) Proficient in

MS Office, MS Project, MRP/ERP systems

Skills

Strong in

technical drawing/spec review, project execution & control

Capable of

multi-tasking, customer/vendor management, risk handling

Excellent in

information flow & cross-functional coordination

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹1,200,000.00 - ₹1,500,000.00 per year
