Key Responsibilities:
Develop, implement, and manage high-performance PPC campaigns across multiple platforms (Google, Bing, Meta, LinkedIn, YouTube, Display, etc.).
Define and execute paid media strategy aligned with overall marketing goals.
Conduct comprehensive keyword research, audience targeting, and competitor analysis.
Optimize campaigns for maximum ROI, CTR, conversion rate, and quality score.
Manage ad copy creation, A/B testing, and landing page performance.
Analyze campaign performance using Google Analytics, Tag Manager, and Data Studio dashboards.
Collaborate with the creative and content teams to develop compelling ad creatives and messaging.
Prepare weekly/monthly performance reports and provide actionable insights to senior management.
Stay updated with industry trends, platform updates, and emerging paid media technologies.
Manage PPC budgets efficiently, ensuring optimal allocation across campaigns and channels.
Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (Master's preferred).
4-10 years of hands-on experience managing PPC and paid media campaigns.
Proficiency in Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, and Bing Ads.
Strong understanding of web analytics tools (Google Analytics 4, Tag Manager, Data Studio).
Advanced skills in Excel/Google Sheets for data analysis and reporting.
Google Ads and Meta Blueprint certifications (preferred).
Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
Proven ability to manage large budgets and deliver measurable business results.
