Key Responsibilities
Plan, execute, and manage
PPC campaigns
on platforms like
Google Ads, Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram), LinkedIn Ads
Perform
keyword research, audience targeting, bidding strategy, and budget optimization
Monitor daily campaign performance and optimize ads to improve
CTR, CPC, CPL, and ROI
Create and test
ad copies, creatives, landing page strategies
, and A/B testing
Track and analyze performance using tools like
Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and Ads dashboards
Manage
conversion tracking, pixels, and remarketing campaigns
Coordinate with content, design, and development teams for campaign alignment
Prepare
weekly and monthly performance reports
with insights and improvement plans
Stay updated with latest PPC trends, algorithm updates, and best practices
Ensure campaigns are compliant with platform policies and company goals
Required Skills & Qualifications
3-3.5 years of proven experience in
PPC / Performance Marketing
Strong hands-on experience with
Google Ads & Meta Ads
(mandatory)
Good understanding of
digital funnels, lead generation, and conversion optimization
Experience in
IT services or B2B marketing

Knowledge of
SEO basics, landing pages, and CRO
Ability to analyze data and make data-driven decisions
