Senior PPC & Performance Marketing Manager
who deeply understands
paid media, funnels, CRO, and automation
, not just ad platforms.
This role is for someone who has
personally managed and scaled high-budget ad accounts
, understands
full-funnel performance
, and operates with
clear SOPs, frameworks, and systems
. You will own paid acquisition across multiple clients and work closely with leadership on growth strategy, experimentation, and scaling.

Key ResponsibilitiesPaid Media Strategy & Execution
Manage and scale
Meta, Google, and other paid channels
across multiple client accounts
Handle
monthly ad spends up to $100,000+
across portfolios
Build, test, and optimize
full-funnel paid media strategies
(TOF, MOF, BOF)
Lead campaign structure, creative testing, audience strategy, and scaling frameworks
Funnels, CRO & Optimization
Work closely on
landing pages, funnels, and conversion flows
Identify bottlenecks and improve
CPL, CPA, ROAS, and conversion rates
Apply CRO principles to ads, landing pages, and lead flows
Coordinate with design, content, and dev teams for funnel improvements
Systems, SOPs & Automation
Implement and follow
clear SOPs
for campaign setup, optimization, scaling, and reporting
Build and manage
automation workflows
for lead handling, tracking, and attribution
Integrate paid campaigns with
CRM, automation tools, and analytics platforms
Ensure clean tracking, pixels, events, and attribution logic
Client & Team Collaboration
Manage multiple accounts simultaneously without performance drop
Translate business goals into measurable paid media KPIs
Provide insights, reports, and clear action plans to internal stakeholders
Act as a senior operator and mentor for junior team members
Requirements
4-7+ years of hands-on experience
in PPC / Performance Marketing
Proven experience managing
funnels, CRO, attribution, and lead quality optimization
Experience working with
SOP-driven agency environments
Strong grasp of
automations, workflows, CRMs, and tracking setups
Ability to manage
multiple client accounts simultaneously
Strategic thinker who also executes at a high level
Preferred (Strong Advantage)
Agency background with international clients (US, Canada, UK)
Experience with GoHighLevel, HubSpot, or similar CRMs
Experience in legal, healthcare, SaaS, or high-intent lead generation niches
Ability to document processes and build scalable systems
