About the Role
We are seeking a Performance Marketing Intern who's hungry to learn, experiment, and grow. This isn't a typical internship, you'll get hands-on experience managing live campaigns, optimizing ads, analyzing data, and learning how real digital marketing works. You'll work directly with experienced Performance Marketers who will mentor you on campaign strategy, ROI optimization, and data analysis.
What You'll Do
Assist in setting up and optimizing paid campaigns on Meta Ads and Google Ads.
Monitor campaign performance, budgets, and ad spend daily.
Conduct A/B tests for ad creatives and landing pages.
Analyze campaign data and prepare weekly performance reports.
Collaborate with the design, content, and SEO teams to improve campaign quality and conversions.
Research audience insights, competitors, and industry trends to support campaign strategies.
What We're Looking For
Bachelor's student or recent graduate in Marketing, Business, or similar field.
Basic knowledge of Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, and Analytics.
Certification in Google or Meta Ads is a plus.
Strong analytical mindset and curiosity to learn what drives performance.
Good communication and problem-solving skills.
A growth hacker attitude , ready to test, learn, and optimize. What You'll Gain
