Roles and Responsibilities-
Define and own the end-to-end PPC strategy across Google Ads, Bing Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Meta Ads, and other digital platforms.
Lead, mentor, and manage a team of PPC specialists to deliver high-performing campaigns.
Oversee multi-million INR/month ad budgets, ensuring cost efficiency and maximizing ROI.
Establish and optimize buyer generation funnels for domestic, export, and global markets.
Conduct advanced keyword research, audience segmentation, and competitive analysis to drive acquisition strategies.
Collaborate with design, content, and product teams to create conversion-driven ad creatives and landing pages.
Implement automation, AI-driven bidding strategies, and advanced analytics to optimize performance.
Track, analyze, and present executive-level reports and insights to senior stakeholders.
Stay ahead of emerging digital advertising trends, algorithms, and platforms to maintain a competitive edge.
Drive continuous experimentation (A/B testing, multivariate testing) to improve CTR, CPC, CPA, and customer lifetime value.
Ensure data-driven decision making with a strong focus on attribution modeling and performance measurement.
Requirement-
10-12 years of proven experience in PPC leadership roles with expertise in scaling B2B campaigns.
Strong expertise in Google Ads, Bing Ads, LinkedIn, Meta Ads, and programmatic advertising.
Proficiency in Google Analytics 4, Tag Manager, Data Studio, and other advanced web analytics tools.
Demonstrated success in managing large-scale budgets and achieving ambitious ROI/ROAS targets.
Deep understanding of buyer generation strategies (domestic, export, and global).
Strong leadership and mentoring skills, with the ability to build and inspire a high-performing team.
Excellent analytical, strategic, and communication skills with a data-first mindset.
Must be self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
