About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled and dynamic

PPC Head

to lead our

Production Planning & Control

function. The candidate will play a key role in ensuring smooth production scheduling, material planning, and on-time delivery. We need a proactive leader who can guide, mentor, and manage the team effectively in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan and monitor production schedules to meet delivery timelines. Coordinate with purchase, stores, and production teams to ensure smooth workflow. Optimize resource utilization and reduce production bottlenecks. Maintain reports on production efficiency, material consumption, and order status. Lead, train, and guide the team members effectively. Ensure adherence to company standards, quality, and deadlines.

Requirements:

Qualification: Any Graduate/Diploma/Engineering (preferred). Experience: 3 - 5 years in Production Planning & Control in Manufacturing industry. Strong leadership, team management, and guiding ability. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Immediate joiner preferred.
