Are you a strategic thinker with hands-on experience in

Production Planning & Control (PPC)

? We're looking for a dynamic

PPC Head

to lead and streamline production at our

Alloy Steel Manufacturing Unit

, where we manufacture

billets

and operate a

rolling mill for rounds and flats

.

Key Responsibilities:

Orchestrate the entire production process from billet casting to rolling mill operations. Ensure

zero downtime

through proactive planning and coordination. Optimize the

utilization of available resources

--manpower, materials, machines, and time. Ensure timely fulfillment of customer requirements without compromising quality. Collaborate with production, maintenance, dispatch, and quality teams for smooth operations. Monitor production targets, identify bottlenecks, and implement corrective actions promptly.

Qualifications

:

Degree in Engineering (Mechanical/Metallurgy preferred). Proven experience in PPC within a

steel plant

or

rolling mill

environment. Strong understanding of production workflows, resource management, and lean manufacturing. Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.

Pay: ?50,000.00 - ?100,000.00 per month
