Job Description

Planning & Task Management

Prepare and manage weekly and monthly task schedules.

Develop monthly content calendars and campaign plans.

Content & Creative

Write engaging content for social media, ads, blogs, and promotional materials.

Generate creative content ideas to support marketing goals.

Lead and support content creation activities, including shoots and influencer coordination.

Campaign & Ad Management

? Assist in planning and execution of client ad campaigns (Meta, Google Adds.).

? Coordinate and ensure delivery of all client advertisements and creative.

? Follow up on leads and performance metrics, updating CRM systems as needed.

Client & Team Coordination

Maintain ongoing communication with clients for approvals and feedback.

Schedule shoots and manage anchor/talent coordination.

Coordinate with agencies for campaign delivery and execution.

Manage influencer and viral content partnerships (Viral Cat coordination).

Reporting & Research

Prepare and submit monthly performance reports.

Conduct basic market research to support strategy development.

Assist in campaign analysis and identifying growth opportunities.
