Key Responsibilities
Manage and oversee paid advertising campaigns across multiple platforms including
Google Ads, Bing Ads, Amazon Ads, and Social Media advertising platforms
.
Develop, recommend, and execute effective paid media strategies aligned with
client objectives and business goals
.
Monitor, manage, and optimize
campaign budgets, bids, and targeting
to maximize
ROAS and overall performance
.
Ensure campaign alignment across multiple channels to
avoid budget overlap, wasted spend, and audience crossover
.
Conduct
detailed PPC audits
and prepare actionable performance and optimization reports.
Collaborate in planning and executing
paid search and social media strategies
.
Track and analyze key performance indicators (
KPIs
) such as CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS, and conversion rates to identify performance gaps and growth opportunities.
Monitor daily, weekly, and monthly campaign performance to drive
continuous improvement and efficient budget utilization
.
Generate and present
weekly and monthly performance reports
, highlighting insights, trends, and optimization recommendations.
Analyze performance trends and make
data-driven decisions
to enhance campaign effectiveness.
Provide recommendations for
conversion rate optimization (CRO)
, including website and landing page improvements based on user behavior and conversion data.
Stay up-to-date with the latest
PPC, SEM, and paid media trends, tools, and best practices
, and implement them where applicable.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Proven experience managing
PPC campaigns across multiple platforms

Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and optimize performance.
Hands-on experience with
Google Ads, Bing Ads, Amazon Ads, and Social Media Ads
.
In-depth knowledge of bidding strategies, audience targeting, and budget optimization.
Experience with performance tracking tools such as
Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager
, and platform-specific reporting tools.
Excellent reporting, communication, and presentation skills.
Ability to manage multiple campaigns and priorities simultaneously.
Preferred Qualifications
Certification in
Google Ads / Bing Ads / Meta Ads

Experience with
