We are seeking a performance-driven digital expert who thrives on data, creativity, and scale.
The ideal candidate has hands-on experience managing large ad spends (?25L+/month) across
multiple platforms and knows how to turn insights into measurable growth.
This role demands a blend of analytical precision, creative strategy, and technical expertise to
optimize performance across paid, owned, and earned media channels.
Key Responsibilities
Performance Marketing (Meta & Google Ads)
? Develop, execute, and scale campaigns across Facebook (Meta), Google Search,
Performance Max, YouTube, Display, and Shopping.
? Own the full funnel -- from prospecting to retargeting -- while ensuring efficiency in
CTR, CPM, CPA, and ROAS metrics.
? Conduct deep performance analysis to identify high-impact creatives, audiences, and
offers.
? Manage ad budgets up to ?25L/month, ensuring optimal pacing, scaling, and ROI.
? Build and refine account structures for better testing, reporting, and campaign health.
? Run systematic A/B tests on creatives, copy, landing pages, and audiences.
Tracking, Measurement & Analytics
? Implement and maintain tracking systems using Google Tag Manager (GTM), GA4, and
Conversion APIs.
? Set up advanced triggers, variables, and events to capture user behavior and
conversions accurately.
? Debug and troubleshoot data discrepancies across platforms using Tag Assistant and
Chrome DevTools.
? Maintain alignment between GTM ? GA4 ? ad platforms for end-to-end attribution.
? (Bonus) Implement privacy-compliant server-side tagging setups.
Creative & Copy Strategy
? Collaborate with the creative team to develop thumb-stopping ad visuals and compelling
copy.
? Identify what drives performance -- hooks, offers, user-generated content, or branded
narratives.
? Translate insights into actionable creative briefs that align with campaign objectives.
Retention & Lifecycle Marketing
? Plan and execute customer retention campaigns through Email, WhatsApp, SMS, and
Push.
? Use CRM tools like Klaviyo, Mailmodo, or HubSpot to automate user journeys --
welcome, cart abandonment, win-back, and post-purchase flows.
? Segment audiences using behavioral and RFM logic to deliver personalized
communication.
? Analyze campaign metrics (open rates, CTRs, conversions) to optimize engagement and
revenue.
? Ensure cross-channel alignment between retention efforts and paid remarketing
campaigns.
Data-Driven Decision Making
? Use data visualization tools to present insights and performance narratives to
stakeholders.
? Identify inefficiencies, wasted spend, and growth opportunities across channels.
? Deliver actionable insights -- not just reports -- to guide creative, landing page, and
funnel optimization efforts.
