Plan, execute, and optimize performance marketing campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), LinkedIn, and other digital channels.
Monitor and analyze campaign performance to ensure ROI, ROAS, CPL, and CPA goals are achieved.
Conduct keyword research, ad copy creation, and audience targeting strategies.
Manage campaign budgets effectively, ensuring efficient allocation and utilization.
Collaborate with the creative and content teams to develop high-performing ad creatives and landing pages.
Track, measure, and report campaign performance with actionable insights and recommendations.
Stay updated with industry trends, tools, and best practices to identify growth opportunities.
A/B test ad creatives, targeting strategies, and landing pages to improve results.
Work closely with clients and internal stakeholders to align campaigns with business objectives.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
1-3 years of proven experience in performance marketing or digital advertising.
Strong knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, LinkedIn Ads, and other digital platforms.
Experience with tools such as Google Analytics, Tag Manager, and other performance tracking tools.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven mindset.
Proficiency in campaign optimization, bidding strategies, and budget management.
Strong communication and collaboration skills.
Certification in Google Ads / Meta Blueprint will be an added advantage.
