Factory teams (Cutting, Stitching, Finishing, Dispatch)
for smooth execution.
Track
material availability, trims, and fabric status
to avoid production delays.
Ensure
sampling progress from development to approval
, including fit, size set, and pre-production samples.
Align
production schedules with sampling approvals
and buyer requirements.
Monitor
daily production status
, identify bottlenecks, and drive corrective actions.
Coordinate
dispatch planning, shipment readiness, and on-time delivery

Maintain
accurate MIS, and reporting
to management.
