Job Description

Key Responsibilities
Purchase Order (PO) Entry:
Accurately enter and maintain purchase orders in the ERP system.
Coordinate with procurement and vendors for timely updates.
Sales Order Entry:
Input and verify customer sales orders.
Ensure alignment with production schedules and inventory levels.
Production Planning:
Assist in preparing daily, weekly, and monthly production plans.
Monitor progress and update schedules based on real-time data.
Inventory Planning:
Track raw material and finished goods inventory.
Support forecasting and stock level optimization.
Manpower Planning:
Help allocate workforce based on production needs.
Maintain shift rosters and attendance records.
Dispatch Planning:
Coordinate with logistics and warehouse teams for timely dispatches.
Prepare dispatch schedules and documentation.

Strong proficiency in MS Excel and ERP systems
Good analytical and organizational skills
Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry
Effective communication and coordination abilities
Basic understanding of supply chain and manufacturing processes
