Role Overview

We are looking for a data-driven PPC Expert to plan, execute, and optimize high-performing paid advertising campaigns across search and social platforms. You will be responsible for driving qualified leads, improving ROI, and scaling campaigns in line with business goals and marketing budgets.

Key Responsibilities

Plan, create, and manage PPC campaigns across Google Ads, Microsoft/Bing Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), and LinkedIn.
Perform keyword research, keyword expansion, negative keyword management, and audience persona research.
Write and optimize high-converting ad copies aligned with campaign goals.
Manage bids, budgets, and bidding strategies to meet CPA, ROI, and profitability targets.Build and optimize re-marketing campaigns to improve conversion rates and ROI.
Prepare performance reports and insights (weekly/monthly) for internal teams and stakeholders.
Stay updated with latest PPC trends, platform updates, and best practices in paid media.Collaborate with marketing, content, and design/development teams to align paid strategy with overall business objectives.

Required Skills & Experience

4-8 years of experience in PPC / Performance Marketing / Paid Media roles. Strong hands-on experience with: Google Ads, Meta ads (Facebook/Instagram), LinkedIn ads, Microsoft (Bing ads) Google Ads Certification (mandatory). Must have exposure to AI tools like ChatGPT, Gemini, etc that may help in daily tasks. Strong experience with conversion tracking & analytics:
Google Analytics (GA4)Google Tag Manager (preferred)Competitor research tools like Ahrefs, SEMrush, SE Ranking, etc.

Ability to analyze large datasets, interpret performance metrics, and make data-backed decisions. Experience managing multi-market / international campaigns. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Creative mindset combined with a strong analytical approach. Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously. Team player with a proactive and ownership-driven attitude.

Pay: ?35,000.00 - ?65,000.00 per month
