About the Role:

We are hiring a skilled PPC to manage production across textiles, cushions, bags, and other soft goods. The role requires strong follow-ups, vendor coordination, QC understanding, and the ability to handle multiple SKUs with tight timelines in a fast-paced export environment.The person will work

-- ensuring all materials arrive in-house on time, keeping orders running as per the planned schedule, and following up with suppliers for timely deliveries.

Manage end-to-end production from PO to dispatch. Daily vendor & supplier coordination for timelines, materials, and updates. Follow up to ensure all required materials, trims, and components are in-house on time. Track multiple SKUs/orders simultaneously with clear TAT monitoring. Assist with sampling, costing details, trims/fabric notes, and approvals. Work closely with QC to ensure product quality and packaging compliance. Maintain production trackers, reports, and documentation accurately. Coordinate packing, labeling, dispatch readiness, and logistics follow-up. Communicate any delays, bottlenecks, or risks proactively to the merchandising/production head. Ensure all work aligns with buyer specs, standards, and approved samples. Coordinate continuously with the merchandiser for order updates and requirement clarity. Strong knowledge of textiles, trims, fabrics, stitching, printing, and embellishment processes. Excellent follow-up habits -- assertive yet professional communication with vendors and suppliers. Proficiency in Excel, Google Sheets, WhatsApp vendor groups, and digital trackers. Ability to handle last-minute changes and production pressure confidently. Comfortable working with multiple departments (design, QC, admin, dispatch). Must be comfortable with occasional extended hours during urgent deadlines. 4+ years of experience as a Production Merchandiser in exports/home textiles/bags. Solid understanding of soft goods manufacturing and finishing. Graduate preferred (textile/fashion background is an advantage, not mandatory). Pay: ₹15,305.46 - ₹47,838.99 per month
